These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of the Boundary Setting Playbook, the Boundary Scripts Pack, and any other digital products (“Digital Products”) sold by This is Sam Sheppard Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, you agree to the following Terms.

These terms cover the purchase, access and use of our Digital Products.

3. Definitions

Digital Products
The Boundary Setting Playbook, Boundary Scripts Pack, 7-Day Boundary Reset, Communication Toolkit, and any other downloadable or digital resources offered by us.

Client
The individual purchasing or accessing the Digital Products.

Upsells
Any additional digital products offered immediately after purchase (e.g. scripts packs, templates, toolkits, etc.).

4. Ordering & Acceptance

4.1 How we accept your order

Your order is accepted once payment has been processed. At that point a contract is formed.

4.2 Access

You will receive instant access to your Digital Product by email. If you do not receive it within 1 hour, please contact us.

4.3 Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to purchase.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 Payment

Payment is due at the point of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Systeme.io’s supported providers.

5.3 Failed payments

If payment is reversed or cancelled, access to the Digital Product may be revoked until the balance is settled.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Digital Product refunds

All Digital Product purchases are final and non-refundable, including upsells.
This includes cases of:

  • change of mind

  • not downloading or using the product

  • dissatisfaction with subjective content preferences

  • accidental purchase

  • confusion over what the product includes

Because Digital Products are delivered instantly, you lose the right to the 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent to this.

6.2 Product access issues

If you have technical problems accessing the file, we will resend the link or provide alternate access.

6.3 If we withdraw a Digital Product

If we permanently remove a Digital Product you have purchased, we will provide a downloadable copy beforehand.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

7.1 Format

Digital Products are supplied as PDFs, Google Docs, spreadsheets, or similar digital files.

7.2 Access

You will receive an email with download links immediately after purchase. You are responsible for downloading and storing your copy.

7.3 Technical requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device can open the provided file formats.

7.4 Ongoing access

We do not guarantee ongoing hosting of download links. Please save your files upon purchase.

8. Your Responsibilities

8.1 Personal use

Digital Products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only.

8.2 Application

You acknowledge that results depend on your individual effort and implementation of the guidance provided.

8.3 Accuracy of information

You confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All Digital Products, scripts, frameworks, formats, designs, names and related materials are the intellectual property of This is Sam Sheppard Ltd.

9.2 What you may NOT do

You must not, under any circumstances:

  • share, forward or distribute the Digital Products

  • upload them to social media, forums or websites

  • sell, reproduce or adapt them

  • use them as part of your own coaching, consulting, facilitation, training or online content

  • remove branding, copyright notices or attribution

Unauthorised sharing or reproduction may result in legal action.

9.3 Personal use licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product for your own private use only.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

10.1 Personal data

We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Marketing emails

By purchasing, you agree to receive service-related emails (e.g. access links, updates, onboarding emails).
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

11. Limitations & Disclaimers

11.1 Nature of Digital Products

Digital Products are educational tools. They are not therapy, medical advice, crisis support, or legal/financial advice.

11.2 Results not guaranteed

We make no guarantees of specific emotional, relational, financial or behavioural outcomes.

11.3 Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the content is suitable for your circumstances.

12. Liability

12.1 What we are responsible for

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.

12.2 What we are not responsible for

We are not liable for:

  • inability to access files due to your device or technical issues

  • data loss on your device

  • misapplication of guidance

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • business or commercial losses

12.3 Maximum liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Digital Product.

13. Third-Party Services

Payments and downloads may involve third-party systems. We are not responsible for outages, delays or errors caused by:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Systeme.io

  • Google Drive or other file delivery services

14. General Terms

  • These terms form the entire agreement.

  • If any part is invalid, the rest remains in force.

  • Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

  • We may transfer our rights under these terms; you may not.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
